[What the role is]

ASSISTANT MANAGER, INVESTIGATIONS APPEALS

[What you will be working on]

You will be part of the team responsible for reviewing and responding to appeals arising from offences committed under the Road Traffic Act, Active Mobility Act, Electric Vehicle Charging Act and their subsidiary legislations. You are to ensure that cases are fairly dealt with and where necessary, prepare a comprehensive report of your analysis and recommendation. In addition, you will be involved in the formulation of work procedures, development and implementation of measures and guidelines, and streamlining processes to enhance overall divisional effectiveness and efficiency. In your daily work, you are expected to interact with different stakeholders and members of the public.

[What we are looking for]
- Tertiary qualifications in any discipline
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience preferably in investigations and regulatory functions
- Resourceful, self-motivated and ability to work independently and as a team
- Able to exercise sound judgment with ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment
- Possess good analytical, written and communication skills
- Meticulous and organised
