**What the role is**

Senior / Executive, Appeals

**What you will be working on**

Your role is to review and reply to written appeals as well as attend to face-to-face appeals on offences under the Road Traffic Act, other Acts under LTA’s administration and their subsidiary legislations.
You will also attend to general enquiries by members of the public to resolve a broad range of issues and handle feedback.

**What we are looking for**
- Diploma in any discipline, preferably in Business Administration or Communications
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience
- Good communication, writing and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team
