As a **Commercial Executive** with Tictag, you will be part of the Tictag Commercial Team, generating new leads and working closely with them to close deals with our customers, develop new relationships with partners and find new and creative opportunities for us to do good with data.

Your primary focus will be to identify, chase and close new business for Tictag by engaging with key stakeholders and educating them on what Tictag does and how we can work together with them.

For our Commercial Executive, we are looking for applicants who are hungry to learn and unafraid to explore new avenues of getting new business. You should be passionate about fresh ideas, independent and be able to function without micromanagement.
- Identify and develop new leads that align with our business objectives.
- Contact potential clients and partners and establish rapport through meetings.
- Discover and develop client business requirements into quotes and proposals.
- Plan and manage new sales initiatives.
- Perform market research to find new opportunities.
- Educate leads on Tictag’s features and capabilities.
- Identify new and exciting ways Tictag’s product can grow.
**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree holder or undergraduate in business, marketing or a related field.
- Experience in developing proposals or reports.
- Excellent communication skills, outgoing personality.
- Dependable and fun.
- Flexible in working arrangements as the Covid-19 situation progresses.
- A drive to not only be good, but do good.
