**Missions and Responsibilities**
Continuous Improvement (C-IMP) Program Manager is the key role to drive C-IMP activities and embed C-IMP mindset into daily work among APAC employees. You will need to motivate the larger APAC C-IMP community (the group of APAC C-IMP leaders), improve their skills to lead and support the APAC employees to reach a higher level in terms of C-IMP maturity. This position needs to work in a complex and diversified environment, hence, you will need to be flexible, have a positive mindset and practice a strong sense of ownership towards the concept.

**How Will You Be Contributing to Our Success?**

As the **APAC Continuous Improvement (C-IMP) Program Manager**, you:

- Drive the development of the Continuous Improvement (C-IMP) Expertise in APAC by organizing regular basic/advance training and coaching to grow the number of Yellow Belts and Green Belts.
- Influence all management levels to make sure the C-IMP mindset is rooted into our normal ways of driving the business in all parts of the APC region.
- Ensure that the training is tracked and facilitated at entity, country or cluster level.
- Plan, set up, prepare the contents and facilitate the APAC “Monthly” C-IMP meetings and APAC C-IMP Quarterly “Big Community” meeting.
- Manage the monthly Employee Data and quarterly LMS Data ensuring all new employees of Air Liquide in APAC are also onboarded on C-IMP.

**Competencies and Profile** Who Are We Looking For?**
- 5 years of experience in Continuous Improvement (C-IMP) program/initiatives, demonstrating understanding and using improvement methodologies (at least six sigma Black belt level) and tools to enable transformation
- Degree in business or MBA would be beneficial
- Experience in project management and able to manage multiple activities in parallel
- Experience in facilitating meetings and C-IMP workshops in diversified environment (in English)
- Willingness to travel across APAC to conduct physical training/workshops
