**About US**

**Job Scope**
Assist in daily routine operations, eg, arrange courier services, handle phone calls and take enquiries, book services, and allocate manpower allocation

Provide HR and finance administrative support (such as leave and invoicing)

Support the operational day-to-day activities, such as
- Pre-health screening preparations
- Health Screening
- Post health screening preparations

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in spoken and written English
- Very well-versed in Microsoft Excel and Office
- Pleasant personality, diligent & highly responsible, and able to work under little supervision
- Previous experience in the Nursing/health screening industry is preferred but not a requirement.
- Willing to work in a team setting at project sites (varies with each project)
- Display excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to move around the island.
- High proficiency in communication skills.
- Min N/O/A level or Diploma in any discipline
- Punctuality is a must.

Pay: $2,700.00 - $3,000.00 per month
