**SUMMARY OF JOB SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
The Senior BOP and Well Control Surveyor will have a minimum of 20 + years’ experience in global drilling rig and HSE operational roles, across multiple drilling contractors and/or Operators (Oil Companies); including exposure to land rigs, floaters (drillships and semi-submersible). The Senior Surveyor will be responsible for the provision and delivery of professional third-party inspection services for the Company’s Clients. The Senior Surveyors must be competent and possess a detailed understanding of current and relevant industry standard, regulatory requirements and industry practice that related directly to Company Client’s operations. Employees must be willing to be involved in technical surveys, safety equipment surveys, rig selection surveys for international clients. Scope of works must be conducted in accordance with all applicable regulatory and international industry standards for fixed and mobile offshore installations.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Deliver surveyor and third-party inspection and training services as outlined

below;
- Assess BOP and Well Control equipment as outlined in the ModuResources

survey and checklists and other work scopes as required, utilising vast

operational and global rig experience. In additional, carry out in Between Well

Maintenance (IBWM) audits, utilising Company checklists and reporting guides.
- Understand, analyse and reports on equipment against internationally

recognised standards and industry guidelines.

- Inspect BOP and Well Control equipment to ascertain system condition and to

determine repairs required to meet acceptable operational standards.
- Follow Company and Client policies and procedures, in addition to site-specific

rules and procedures

- Identify areas and details related to non-compliance.
- Utilise BOP and Well Control operational experience to provide solution and

recommend improvements to client maintenance procedures, test plans and

operations etc.
- Verify adherence to governing body rules, regulations, and recommendations.
- Provide technical expertise relating to BOP and Well Control systems, to support

the delivery of Client services.
- Identify all items that do not comply with applicable standards and

specifications to develop punch lists.
- Manage and report daily reports to reflect daily inspection progress.

Manage “Permit to Work” as required.

**QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE**
- HUET / T-BOSIET/ Safe Transfer by boat/MSIC
- Excellent organization and presentation skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
- Fluent in the English language (written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently
- Good leadership and cultural sensitivity skills Possess a high school

diploma/GED or higher
- Electrical or Mechanical vocational certificate or engineering qualification /

equivalent to a minimum of 20 + years industry experience

- Personnel must have a valid OPITO approved BOSIET
