**Key Responsibilities**
- **Customer Engagement & Education**:Welcome and assist customers, clearly explaining how the BOP system works and its benefits for their loved ones.
- **Sales & Promotions**:Promote BOP products and services. Share ongoing campaigns, drive conversions, and meet sales targets.
- **Customer Relationship Building**:Foster trust and rapport with customers to encourage long-term loyalty and referrals.
- **Product Knowledge**:Understand and effectively communicate features of our product and subscription model.
- **Visual Merchandising & Stock Coordination**:Ensure product displays are neat, well-stocked, and visually appealing. Liaise with merchandisers to monitor inventory.
- **Team Collaboration & Reporting**:Work closely with retail staff and supervisors. Provide customer feedback and share daily activity updates with the sales manager.

**Working Schedule & Benefits**
- Flexible working hours based on your availability
- Choose from 1 or 2 shifts per working day
- Work according to retail outlet operating hours

**Requirements**:

- Minimum O-Level qualification
- Strong communication skills in English and at least one mother tongue
- Prior experience in sales or retail is a plus, but not essential
- Friendly, approachable, and confident with customers
- Motivated by sales and goal achievement
- Quick learner, adaptable, and dependable
