We are looking for a versatile and highly-organized sales and operations coordinator to perform sales and operations administrative duties.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Responsible for supporting the Sales and Operations in

generating administrative tasks;
- Performing sales coordinator duties (i.e. quotation, sales order,

invoices, delivery, purchase orders) with accuracy and

timeliness;

phone calls;
- Managing RFQ processes, including negotiation and evaluation

of supplier quotes;
- Working with the team to oversee inventory and assist to

receive and distribute goods
- Managing and answering customers’ needs and requirements
- Maintaining strong and positive relationships with

suppliers/customers and resolving problems and complaints.
- Proactively looking for and evaluating new suppliers or new

sources of products;
- Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential

customers
- Supporting the team with any other requirements.
- Maintaining proper filing records
- Possesses good communication and interpersonal skills and is

able to work independently.
- Good teamwork and time management skills with the ability to

multitask
- Any other duties assigned to you from time to time
- A driving license is often essential for jobs.
- Some experience in Sales and/or Operations is a Plus
- Training will be provided.
