BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 6+ years of experience in a senior leadership role in Business Planning, Operations, Strategy, Finance, Business Development, or other related fields, 10+ years of overall work experience
- Exhibits sound business judgment, a proven ability to influence others, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of taking ownership, leading data-driven analyses, and influencing results
- Experience managing strategic projects and demonstrated ability to get buy-in from key stakeholders (leading initiatives from inception through execution)
- Is creative and curious to learn
- Has exceptional communications skills
- Has strong financial/business acumen
- Is analytical and able to analyze data and provide data-driven arguments to innovate and simplify processes
- Has strong project and program management skills with the ability to drive new initiatives
- Has a “can-do” spirit with a strong sense of ownership to execute end-to-end projects
- Has outstanding interpersonal skills and is able to earn trust and influence others
- Is independent and comfortable with navigating ambiguity
- Is highly organized and can multi-task and prioritize competing stakeholder requests

Job summary

**Locations**: SG,VN,MY,TH,PH,IDN

As a Sales Ops & Program Manager in ASEAN, you will lead strategic segment-based initiatives to uncover new opportunities or solve our biggest challenges. You will have the exciting opportunity to work cross-functionally and cross-geographically to identify problems and gaps, collect and analyze data, generate insights, and come up with solutions. You will execute on your proposed business strategies to solve difficult problems and remove blockers for our customers and our business. To do so, you will need to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders such as sales, operations, product, and marketing teams. Through leading initiatives across ASEAN, you will gain a unique insight into the internal workings of the world’s fastest growing billion dollar IT organization, as you learn and explore your passion.
