- Execute Bancassurance digital delivery roadmap, manage and prioritize both strategic planning and tactical response
- Assist business in strategic technical direction on Singapore Bancassurance digital roadmap
- Lead discussions on digital, product, and technology requirements
- Handle business and technical projects from initiation to implementation using Agile methodology and Client’s Continuous Delivery Framework
- Collaborate with stakeholders and product owners for project prioritization, sprints planning, release roadmap, estimation of resources and costs, and implementation of initiatives and product launches
- Coordinate resources, prepare project teams for kickoff, control project scope and mitigate risks
- Identify business objectives and provide solution recommendations
- Ensure projects align with budget, schedule, business objectives, and architectural target end-state design
- Manage project scope from inception to closure, oversee implementation schedules and budgets
- Identify and mitigate project issues and risks, coordinate resolutions with clear communication
- Ensure consultants, vendors and other stakeholders adhere to standards
