**Job Description**:
Role Purpose:
Working with the EAUK Technology Services team based in London and in conjunction with Everest Technology Services (ETS), New Jersey USA, provide business systems analysis for Everest’s International Insurance business operations.

Key Accountabilities:

- To work with Business stakeholders to gather and understand their requirements and systems needs to support them.
- Supporting the creation of Business Requirements, creation of highly specified system requirements and turning them into workable solutions in line with the delivery of the enhancements to the Everest Global Markets change portfolio.
- Ensure that deadlines are met using good project practices and skills. As required, communicate project activities in a timely and efficient manner to the respective project team members and stakeholders.
- Documentation of design and creation of knowledge base documentation and transfer as appropriate for project deliveries.
- Creation of reports and data extracts based on user requirement (creation of both Production reports, and ad-hoc reporting requests)
- Ensure Information Management and projects budgets are adhered to wherever applicable.
- In cooperation with the International IT and Everest Technology Services (US teams), ensure that Everest International Insurance technology operations are fully compliant and up to date with Group requirements.
- Liaison with external service providers and with all staff at all levels and departments within Everest.

Skills & Abilities
- Good knowledge of Insurance business processes
- Experience of configuring an Insurance Policy Admin system (IRIS, Eclipse, AdvantageGo, Genius etc)
- Experience working in matrix organisations and global teams
- Experience with SQL, iSeries, DB2
- Relevant degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Languages, English & Singapore mandarin

Professional Experience:

- Solid experience working as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role in the insurance industry combined with a good understanding of underwriting, claims, finance and actuarial functions.
- Strong communication skills, comfortable in dealing with end-users and senior stakeholders and ensuring business requirements are translated into effective solutions.
- Comfortably communicate with both technical and non-technical people at all levels.
- Demonstrable experience with a range of systems and departments within an organisation.
- A mixture of technical skills, with experience in the implementation and configuration of a range of software and databases.
