Senior Business Analyst Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Business Analyst to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting and analyzing client requirements, translating business needs into actionable technology solutions.

This role involves collaborating with senior consultants to design and develop solutions, contributing to technical specifications, workflows, and functional requirements.

Key responsibilities include creating project documentation, facilitating workshops and presentations to stakeholders, and participating in team meetings and brainstorming sessions.

Able to comprehend technical requirements and translate technical concepts into non-technical language for client communication, this role requires effective communication skills and attention to detail.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with at least 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Independent and detail-oriented with ability to complete BA tasks assigned
  • Basic understanding of Java, JavaScript, SQL, and AWS Cloud

Preferred Skills:

  • Understanding of Kafka and event-driven architecture
  • Experience in legacy system migration and/or being main PIC for CRs
  • Ability to analyze and break down complex problems
