Senior Business Systems Analyst.
As a senior business systems analyst, you will lead technical projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver complex software solutions. Your key responsibilities include providing expert guidance on system design and development, ensuring effective project management, and driving the integration of various technical components. You will also be responsible for assessing software performance and stability, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing data-driven solutions.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in leading technical projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of system design methodologies and principles.
- Proficiency in system design documentation using Unified Modeling Language (UML) and Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD).
- Experience with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) platforms such as Azure DevOps and Jira.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
