We have an exciting new position based in Singapore as a junior sales analyst working across the businesses. The role has real potential to develop into a direct sales-oriented remit over time.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support smooth operation of the Sales and Account Management function across the APAC region
- Partner sales teams closely to ensure accurate and timely reporting across the sales cycle
- Owns MIS and related reporting for sales teams and leaders across region - working closely with other regions and tailoring to APAC local needs
- Go-to-person on SalesForce related maintenance including static data, product hierarchies, training etc
- Active involvement with SalesForce integration projects for Osttra
- Active involvement on sales campaigns and go-to-market strategies
- Partnership with marketing teams on current Osttra collateral and media tools
- Help develop strategies for customer intelligence
- Work closely with Customer Excellence teams on shared initiatives
- Increasingly participate in front-line customer meetings and relationship management on a targeted bases

Role requirements
- Experience in a sales support or similar role
- Hunger and aptitude to drive a long term career in a front line sales organisation
- Excellent technology experience including Microsoft and ideally SalesForce
- Self starter and able to set and meet stretch goals
- Comfortable operating in an entrepreneurial environment
- Outstanding organizational, time management and outcome-driven skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- High levels of discretion and confidentiality imperative
