**POSITION PURPOSE**:
Credit sales for institutional clients.

Direct Responsibilities

Role:

- Holistic individual sales coverage of institutional accounts
- Full understanding of your clients requirements
- Contribution to team coverage model by providing proactive backup

Conduct:

- Compliance with individual mandates and Code of Conduct
- Sign off on ORUS daily
- Comply with regulatory requirements and internal guidelines

Franchise:

- Promote close Trading‐Sales‐Sector Specialist cooperation
- Regular attendance of weekly/morning meetings
- Develop partnership with Primary
- Actively develop client franchise across Global Markets

People care:

- Mentoring
- Participate in the recruitment process when applicable

Platform Development:

- Promote working relationships with back and middle office, Risk Management, FIC, Legal and Compliance
- Participate actively to the Credit platform development
- Develop Operational risk mindset

Contributing Responsibilities
- Achieve a personal budget of Euro 6mm
- Achieve a SG sales team budget of Euro 15mm
- Direct contribution to BNPP operational permanent control framework: Contribute to the implementation of operational permanent control policies and procedures in day‐to‐day business activities
