**What you will do**:
Support the Division Head and Head of Department to deliver an overall proposition strategy and product roadmap through proactive and regular engagements with our strategic Bank partner to drive the Bancassurance business

Lead conceptualization of product and customer value propositions for identified customer needs and segments; and responsible for end to end project management of the product launch journey

Liaise with all internal and external partners (e.g. our strategic Bank partner, LOB’s underwriters, Digital team, Analytics team, Operations, Claims, etc.) to ensure that everyone is aligned with overall objectives

Work closely with Distribution and Digital team to drive overall product sales and growth through different channels

Conduct competitors’ analysis and engage in product research and immersion exercise to refine product and customer value proposition; and can facilitate Focus Groups independently

Work closely with Marcomm on the marketing materials.

Partner with Analytics team to monitor, track and optimize marketing efficiency through better targeting and leads management process for product initiatives and marketing campaigns to achieve business targets

Maintain close rapport and relationship with underwriters for necessary underwriting information, promote satisfactory service relationship and to encourage the submission of targeted business

Coordinate with internal partners to develop and review content for product such as policy wordings; training, marketing and sales related materials and to ensure smooth implementation of product launches, initiatives and marketing campaigns

Support and coordinate product trainings/briefings as well as periodic reports

Engage in ad-hoc special projects and other related duties for the Bancassurance businesses

**Qualifications**:
Degree holder in any area

Minimum 5 years of strong experience in General Insurance product development and have successfully launched digital products

Strong marketing knowledge and analytical skills

A team player with good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills to work effectively with all levels within the company and our Bank partner

Proven ability to manage high volume of workload and manage multiple priorities

Meticulous and attentive to details
