Job Overview

This role presents a unique opportunity to drive Bancassurance growth by implementing strategic initiatives, coaching relationship managers and enhancing client engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies for life products to meet/exceed sales objectives.
  • Explore business opportunities with the franchise, contribute to product feedback and development, and support District Directors in growing their Bancassurance Business.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain ethical standards.
  • Manage training and event activities, track pipelines and closures, and conduct seminars for offshore customers.
Sales Performance Metrics
  • Mirror assigned market sales performance metrics.
  • Identify opportunities to drive productivity enhancements and improve inception ratios.
  • Support the District in follow-throughs and upskill sales representatives to uncover client needs.
Day-to-Day Activities
  • Pipeline management and supporting District Directors in running Bancassurance operations.
  • Handling exceptional cases and providing adequate coverage and support across teams.
Engagement & Huddles
  • Establish branch presence and deepen engagement with clients.
  • Minimize delays and ensure comprehensive team support for Bancassurance needs.
Coaching & Training for Sales Representatives
  • Product Proposition Development.
  • Objection Handling Techniques.
  • Business Process Improvement.
  • Underwriting Knowledge Enhancement.
