Manulife Bancassurance is looking for a self-motivated Bancassurance Manager, who is obsessed with delivering value, is forward-thinking, and excited to build relationships with Bank Partners and allow Manulife to be prominent and insurance to be top of mind vs other banking products.

**We are looking for someone with**:

- Diploma/ Degree with at least 5 years of business development experience in the financial services industry
- Experience in handling SMEs related Banking channels deemed advantageous
- Strong analytical, quantitative, problem solving, communication (written and verbal), presentation, and relationship management skills; with a high degree of tact.
- Proven ability to conduct research/analysis, organize findings and build presentation decks.
- Ability to forge collaborative working relationships with various stakeholders within Manulife Singapore.

**On the job you will**:

- Ability to implement Distribution strategies for Insurance products to meet/exceed the sales objective of the Bancassurance channel.
- Ability to build trusting relationships with bank partners.
- Integrity - Ensure things are done ethically and in accordance to Regulatory Compliance.
- Training and event management including coaching of bankers & tracking of event activities, pipelines and closures.
- Ability to understand external needs and internal constraints and to negotiate a win-win scenario for both.
- Strong pre and post-sales support on products & processes.
- Help case management for special handling, assist with appeals.
- Added value in ensuring submitted business turns inforced.
