**4.**Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Compliance**:
- Ensure all subcontractors are fully briefed on HSE requirements before starting offshore operations.
- Conduct and support safety briefings, toolbox talks, and risk assessments with subcontracted teams.
- Monitor subcontractor adherence to site safety protocols and intervene where non-compliance is observed.
- Support incident investigations and implementation of corrective actions involving subcontractors.
**5.**Commercial & Contract Management**:
- Manage subcontractor cost control, ensuring alignment with approved budgets and contractual terms.
- Review and validate subcontractor timesheets, variation orders, and progress claims.
- Maintain comprehensive records of change orders, back-charges, and any disputes.
- Support project controls in forecasting subcontractor-related costs and preparing progress reports.
**6.**Stakeholder & Interface Management**:
- Facilitate regular coordination meetings with subcontractors and relevant project stakeholders (engineering, HSE, logistics).
- Ensure seamless interface management between subcontractors, in-house teams, client representatives, and third-party providers.
- Provide timely updates to project management on subcontractor performance, risks, and mitigation measures.
**7.**Documentation & Closeout**:
- Ensure proper documentation of subcontractor deliverables, handover certificates, and QA/QC records.
- Lead subcontractor demobilization, performance reviews, and project close-out processes.
- Contribute to post-project lessons learned and continuous improvement.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marine, Offshore, or Construction Management, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in offshore/subsea construction, marine installation, or EPC projects.
