- Develop and implement asset strategy and budgets
- Study, propose and implement asset enhancement initiatives
- Active asset management to optimize the value of the assets
- Analyze and review asset performance; Identify and follow industry trends locally and internationally to maintain relevancy of assets as business conditions change and evolve
- Evaluate the viability of capex projects including redevelopment, cost-benefit analysis
- Responsible for all governance matters which include establish standard operating procedures for asset management and overseeing operations & property management
- Responsible for actively leading lease negotiations and the overall positioning of assets
- Work closely with both internal stakeholders across various functions and external consultants to meet business and operational needs
- Develop and maintaining good tenant relationships to ensure high retention rate; provide high quality of customer services
- Provide guidance and advices to Indonesia and China Property Asset Management team
- Prepare business plans and reports
- Provide support to the investment team
- Presentation and updates to management

**Requirements**:
To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:

- A degree in the related job field.
- At least 3 to 5 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role.
- Willing to relocate to the job location.
