**Job Description**:
- Carry out design activities that are cost-effective and comply with clients’ specifications and statutory regulations.
- Undertake structural analysis, calculations and prepare design sketches and drawings indicating arrangement and design intent for a variety of transportation structures.
- Conduct engineering assessments and evaluations related to existing structures and/or structural alternatives and prepare technical reports documenting the results.
- Liaise/co-ordinate with other disciplines/departments in preparation of reports and design packages for multi-disciplinary project
- Communicate with clients, sub consultants, approving agencies, etc. for purposes of obtaining design information, presenting design alternatives, and expediting approvals.
- To design and independent review of design submissions
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering
- Minimum 10 years hands-on design experience in building and/or infrastructure projects
- Strong project management and technical skills
- Familiar with local code and authority submission procedures
- Team player and able to work independent with mínimal supervision
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Registered Professional Engineer with Singapore Professional Engineers Board is preferred
