**Assistant Director / Director, Continuing Professional Development Department**
- Implementing, coordinating and overseeing the continuing professional development initiatives and programs;
- Making strategic management and policy recommendations on continuing professional development initiatives;
- Overseeing the day-to-day operation of client’s continuing professional development department;
- Overseeing the planning, management and organization of the events of the client, as may be directed by the organization top management, including but not limited to publicizing the events (including preparation of publicity materials);
- Lead and supervise teams to work closely with third party service providers to deliver smooth execution of all learning activities;
- Collaborate and communicate with external parties to ensure operational readiness which include managing speakers, chairpersons, emcee etc.;
- Budget adherence and tracking on all projects;
- Oversee any other administrative duties and projects as required;
- Review, improve and/or formulate processes or controls to improve pre and post-event;
- Conduct pre and post event evaluations and report on outcomes;
- Support ad hoc projects as assigned.
**Job Requirements**:
- Degree holder in any field;
- Good command of written and spoken English, with the ability to present information clearly and persuasively;
- Prior experience in professional development training, project and event management or related fields preferred;
- Mature, resilient and detail-oriented individual, with cheerful disposition who enjoys interacting with people;
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills;
- Ability to multi-task within tight deadlines and work independently, resourceful and a good team player;
