What The Role Is

You manage a team that provides integrated employee essential services and MINDEF corporate services across the various MINDEF offices, leading IT support services in a one-stop service model to enhance employee experience.

What You Will Be Working On
  • Lead team managing employee and corporate IT services
  • Manage high transactional volume of service requests
  • Report on health status including case resolution rate and customer satisfaction
  • Engage stakeholders on continuous improvement initiatives
  • Oversee business process re-engineering and digitalisation projects
  • Provide senior management with financial assessments and advice
  • Collaborate across multiple MINDEF/SAF agencies
  • Deliver seamless IT support services
Challenge(s)
  • Balancing governance requirements with customer satisfaction
  • Managing high volume transactional requests
  • Coordinating across multiple stakeholder agencies
What We Are Looking For
  • Education in IT or a related discipline
  • At least 8 years of work experience in IT or service-related field
  • Experience in project and team management in supervisory role
  • Service-oriented mindset with keen interest in innovation and digitalisation
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
