**About Department and Purpose of the Position**

Seeking a motivated Executive Assistant - Senior Associate Executive for the Department of Diagnostic Imaging. Your role would be to provide efficient procurement and general administrative support so that the department can provide seamless delivery of services across the full range of diagnostic, interventional and therapeutic radiology services.

**Key Responsibilities**

Procurement
- Raise Purchase Requisition and manage storage and distribution for equipment, general supplies and medical consumables.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and implement inventory control measures to optimize stocking and minimize waste.
- Track utilization of budget for department’s medical consumables supply contracts.
- Prepare budget estimation and seek approvals from management for capital and operational expenditure, where required.
- Collaborate with relevant internal and external stakeholders to coordinate medical equipment loan for clinical procedural needs.

Other administrative duties
- Prepare status reports and disseminate to clinical stakeholders for follow up and closure of outstanding cases in a timely manner.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by reporting officer e.g. Departmental Welfare activities, Service Quality initiatives, Records Management etc.

**Key Requirements**
- Diploma holder
- Minimum 2 years working experience in administrative duties, healthcare setting would be an advantage;
- Meticulous and organized in processes and record keeping
- Strong interpersonal abilities with effective communication skills for liaison with internal stakeholders and external parties.
- Proficient in in MS Office suite i.e. Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel;
