- **Collaborate with management to identify skills gaps and address them through targeted training initiatives.**:

- **Facilitate both classroom and on-the-job training sessions.**:

- **Evaluate training effectiveness and suggest improvements to ensure continuous learning and development.**:

- **Maintain a positive and engaging learning environment for all participants.**

**Job Requirements**:

- **Proven experience as an Automotive Technician**:

- **Prior experience in a training or teaching capacity, preferably in the automotive industry.**:

- **Strong knowledge of automotive systems, tools, diagnostics, and repair techniques.**:

- **Excellent communication and presentation skills.**:

- **Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and accessible manner.**:

- **Ability to engage and motivate trainees with diverse backgrounds and skill levels.**:

- **Certification in automotive training or related certifications is a plus**:

- **Experience with e-learning platforms and virtual training tools**:

- **Familiarity with automotive repair software and diagnostic equipment.**:

- **Strong organizational and time management skills.
