Job Responsibility

a. Support in the development of teaching materials and course development in Light Automotive Vehicle programmes

b. Planning and implementing initial assessments and course reviews

c. Stays abreast of outside training opportunities and arrange for training as needed.

d. Confers with managers and supervisors to determine training needs

e. Formulates training policies, programs, and schedules based on knowledge of identified training needs, individual department processes, business systems, or changes in products, procedures or services.

f. Organize and develop training manuals, testing and evaluation procedures, visual aids and other educational materials.

g. Maintains training records and documents training as required by regulators.

h. Submit monthly report on Training Activities, Trainees Performance & Utilization

i. Review Training content periodically & suggest revision/upgradation

j. Devise initiatives and corrective actions to improve the quality of training delivered

k. Compiles data and analyzes past and current year training requirements to prepare budgets and justify request for funds.

l. Coordinates established training courses with technical and professional courses offered by local colleges, technical/vocational schools, manufacturers, and trade associations.

m. Other tasks as assigned

Job Requirements
- Minimum Education-Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering
- Minimum 2 years as Technical Trainer or Lecturer in Automotive Domain
- Certified ACLP Trainer
- Well versed with Basic Automotive Theories & Functions of Components
- Able to explain complex Automotive theories in simple understandable manner to trainees
- Able to read, understand & interpret the written technical information clearly
- Fully conversant and able to work in all Microsoft Office Programs
- Good interpersonal skills and relates well to all levels of staff, trainees and customers
- Competency to use Data analytics tools (tableau, Python etc) will be an added advantage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $4,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
