- The Regional Employer Branding team is responsible for EVP strategy, governance, articulation, and activations. You will be part of the team supporting Employer Branding and Talent Acquisition. This team leads cross-channel employer branding messaging, leveraging on social media channels, internal communications, and campus outreach, while ensuring consistency of the Group’s employer branding across all markets in which Lazada operates.Reporting to the Regional Head of Employer Branding, you will work with the Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding teams to further fortify our employer brand and promote Lazada as an Employer of Choice.With skilfulness in authentic storytelling, you will ideate, develop, design, edit, and produce copy, graphics, and video content to build and strengthen our employer brand reputation in this region. You will design creative and powerful employer branding communications to build our employer brand equity and support the company’s fast-paced growth.**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and manage a cohesive social media content calendar to continuously build on Lazada’s Employer Branding initiatives, equity, and EVP.
- Identify, build, and create social content that reaches and engages with our target audiences across different social media channels and manage daily operational social content ideation, creation, copywriting, approval, and measurement activities.
- Conceptualise, layout, and design enticing graphics, photo edit, and videos for various social media channels.
- Manage and implement all organic social engagement campaigns and activations across Employer Branding social media channels.
- Conversant with the latest trends, best practices, and new ways to engage on social media that can be applied to Employer Branding.
- Ensure that all approved strategies, branding guidelines, and standards of quality are consistently implemented across all channels.
- Drive ideation and research on content types that will drive engagement, brand affinity, and positive sentiment for Lazada as an Employer of Choice.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and external agencies to produce a cohesive and curated content calendar while co-creating content to maximize the impact of social media on Employer Branding.
- Track execution and provide regular reports to help build Employer Branding cases around opportunities.

**Job Requirements**
- At least 5 years of experience in overall social media management with 2 years of experience in creative content development, creation, and copywriting.
- Relevant experience in Branding, Marketing or Social Media Marketing. Employer branding experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
- Knowledge of typography and appropriate use of brand colours, images and fonts, allowing for effective legibility and functionality.
- Knowledge of Adobe CC and Premiere Pro.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and efficiently.
- Familiar with digital and social media marketing channels and how to leverage on each channel’s strengths and opportunities.
- Great attention to details with the ability to think on the feet, adapt, and be responsive to changes.
- Solid analytical and synthesis capabilities.
- Display professionalism and a sense of responsibility as well as autonomy and ownership.
- Ability to work in teams and individually.

Good to Have:

- Conversant with social media analytics to gather data and derive insights for monitoring, analysis, and optimization of overall performance.
- Develop and implement a competitive monitoring plan across social media channels.
- Ensure that best-in-class project management practices are employed to deliver high quality work within strategy, budget, and deadlines.
- Support the overall HR team, particularly the Talent Acquisition team, to build a great story for Lazada to attract and engage the right talent.
