**What the role is**
- We seek a passionate professional to be part of our Haj Services team to deliver customer-centric and future-ready services, as we strive to achieve our vision, “A Gracious Muslim Community of Excellence that Inspires and Radiates Blessings to All”.
We are looking for an individual who is a team player and can meet the challenges of this role. As the Manager of Haj Services, you must be versatile and adaptable to different working environment. You will be responsible to oversee the unit’s haj operations, including governance, financial accounting, procurement of services, contractual agreement, stakeholder engagement as well as knowledge management.
**Responsibilities**
- Administer Haj quota allocation for pilgrims.
- Monitor and review Haj rules and policies in the Administration of Muslim Law Act (AMLA).
- Plan and monitor Haj’s visa operations with Muis’ appointed Haj travel agencies and other government agencies in Singapore.
- Managing and responding to public enquiries on Haj matters.
- Develop public education campaigns on Haj administration.
- Plan, coordinate, execute operational and logístical planning in Singapore and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).
**Requirements**:
- Tertiary qualification in any discipline.
- Proactive and committed to achieve desired work targets.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- An effective communicator with good writing skills.
- Proficient in IT skills.
- Prior experience in operational, logístical and crisis management is an advantage.
