As the Senior Manager, Flex Work Program Leader you will be responsible for leading our international business traveler, Posted Worker Directive and Cross Border/Remote work solutions for the Johnson & Johnson enterprise. This person will help build the infrastructure, processes, and governance model for these distributed workforce solutions. With a dedication to providing a seamless experience and ensuring compliance, this person will partner with an extensive group of cross functional partners (both internal and external) including Corporate Tax, IT, Payroll, Procurement, Total Rewards and others to align to our Credo and deliver a robust and compliant experience. This position reports directly to the Head of Talent Mobilization Strategic Operations.

**Responsibilities**

- Be the DRI (Direct Responsibility Individual), leading the design, developing the infrastructure and program service delivery model, including process flow and roles and responsibilities across the enterprise.
- Manages design and scoping phases for all projects and leads implementation for these projects. Partners with all stakeholders
- End-to-end planning and delivery of continuous improvement projects and initiatives for business traveler, posted worker and cross border compliance programs as determined by the company.
- Lead vendor management and overall program governance
- Develop and own continuous improvement, with an eye towards experimentation and what’s next
- Leverage scalable external partner technologies to digitize current and future solutions. Partner with procurement to select and execute on external technologies to deliver solutions and ensure compliance and quality standards are met
- Provide reporting and data analytics to support the achievement of the project plan /roadmap deliverables
- Outline a compliance strategy, and cadence of audits to ensure compliance with all rules and regulations globally.
- Ensure external supplier provide a high-quality experience to employees, managers, HR, and all other business partners
- Conducts benchmarking with external organizations on processes, and procedures to ideate continuous improvement initiatives
- Manages process documentation for projects and works with support team members to keep up-to-date and refine/enhance as needed
- Identify interdependencies and mitigate risks
- Leads quarterly governance scorecard review, including monitoring activities and updating documents processes for each program
- Track and manage allocated costs/budget for the program
- Represent Talent Mobilization function on cross functional J&J flex team meetings and provide perspective/thought leadership to EC/HREC as required.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required
- A minimum of 8 years of successfully delivering large, complex global program management
- Ability to think strategically but equally move into execution and operationalize with direct accountability for results.
- Must have Project Management experience; ability to set business, technical and/or organizational direction.
- Experience managing, planning, and implementing projects and strategic change initiatives for sustained impact.
- Must have track record to drive business results (i.e. identifies and capitalizes on opportunities, identifies risks/issues, assesses implications, formulates recommendations, and drives sound decisions that deliver results.
- Must demonstrate an analytical mindset with the ability to process large amounts of data and synthesize into key findings.
- Ability to navigate the organization and decision-making processes within a heavily matrixed organization. Must be comfortable dealing with ambiguity.
