We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a **Customer Relationship Officer (12 months' contract).**

**Principal Responsibilities**
- Call existing customer base using a prepared call script to provide after-sales servicing and cross sell opportunity via our Mobile Financial Consultants
- Ensures strict compliance with company and partners’ policies and procedures - including but not limited to PDPA and DNC registry
- Delivers measurable outcomes with appointment setting and appointments met
- Meticulously manage and update leads provided
- Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- 100% of calls to be captured in 3CM and/or Sales Force records
- Feedback to management team on customer feedback and areas of concern
- Any adhoc projects

Requirements

**Requirements**:

- 1 year of work experience in a contact centre, preferably in insurance
- A customer-centric mind-set
- Highly driven and motivated salesperson with a positive attitude
- Team player
