Job Title: Outlet Supervisor

**Salary**: Up to $3000

Location: Sentosa

Working Days: 5 days/Week

Benefits: 14 days of AL, Birthday leave, Staff discount, Performance bonus

Job Duties:

- Take responsibility, to assist the outlet manager and take charge of the shift in his/her absence
- To check manpower for each shift, paying particular attention to slow periods and peak periods.
- To provide training to service crew.
- To lead the service crew to ensure they perform their job tasks well.
- Motivate team members and maintain a high level of team spirit (or team cohesiveness)
- Ensure staff understand and adhere strictly to all policies, procedures, standards and guidelines
- To keep record of staff attendance, absence, PH, annual leave, etc.
- To follow-up on issues not done and ensure proper channeling of these jobs.
- To be responsible for prevention of high breakages and maintain record on operations inventory.
- Handle guest complaints effectively and professionally. Inform Outlets Manager/GM on the nature of complaints.
- To manage and supervise all service of food and beverages in the outlet.
- Ensure that the brand values and standards are delivered and profitability achieved.
- Delivering superior guest services and ensuring absolute customer satisfaction
- To coordinate with Chef to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety of the operation
- To take responsibility to complete the work to the satisfaction of the Outlet Manager.
- To report to the Outlet Manager if there are any challenges, staff shortage, accidents, lost and found items, guests complaints, etc.
- To perform any other duties/tasks as and when required by the Outlet Manager

Job Requirements:

- Diploma in Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Comfortable working long shifts if required and on weekends and PHs
- With Barista experience will be advantage
