- Performs store-level support functions including customer service, scheduling, day-to-day operations, cashiering, loss prevention, maintenance and back-office support.
- Promote and sell the company’s range of products to walk-in customers
- Attending to customers’ needs, complaints and enquiries
- Maintain our high standards of cleanliness & safety of the retail outlet
- Direct and manage according to company SOPs and regulatory requirements
- Supervise retail assistants, and give guidance to new staff on products handling, service conduct and compliance to standards

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years of experience in the F&B operations
- Able to work shifts, including Weekends and Eve/Public Holidays
- Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
