**Job Description**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as an ambassador of the brand, upholding its values and image at all times
- Provide personalized, professional service to customers and ensure a positive shopping experience
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of products, promotions, and in-store activities
- Maintain and adhere to visual merchandising standards to create an inviting shopping environment
- Contribute to achieving the store’s monthly sales target and drive sales through upselling and cross-selling techniques
- Assist with inventory replenishment as needed
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and SOPs consistently
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager or Area Supervisor

**Key Competencies**:

- Creativity: Strong knowledge of fashion trends, competitors, and media. Ability to think critically and solve problems creatively
- Teamwork: Collaborative, with excellent communication skills to work effectively across teams
- Organizing: Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain accountability in a fast-paced environment
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic, team-oriented setting

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Experience: At least 1-2 years of retail experience
- Education: Minimum O' level qualification
- Skills:

- Passionate about the retail fashion industry and sales
- Service-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
