Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Associate to join our team. This role involves delivering exceptional customer service in a luxury boutique environment, working with high-end fashion and engaging with C-SUITE clientele.

Main Responsibilities:
  • To ensure seamless customer experiences through effective daily store operations management.
  • To maintain the brand's luxury image by providing exceptional customer service.
  • To handle client inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
  • To execute sales plans, marketing events, and promotional activities.
  • To provide valuable customer insights and feedback to store management.
Key Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in high-end fashion, luxury retail, or a similar role is required.
  • Strong customer service skills with a passion for luxury brands are essential.
  • An interest in fashion and appreciation for high-quality products is necessary.
  • Fluent English language skills are mandatory, with additional languages being an asset.
  • This role requires excellent communication skills and a pleasant demeanor as a team player.
  • Basic computer skills are also required.
