岗位职责：

1、负责Facebook、Google渠道站点的广告投放工作；

2、根据不同市场、人群定位、产品情况和数据图表，制定短期广告计划和长期广告战略，落地执行；进行广告数据分析及产品趋势整合，过程中不断优化广告投放效果，提升ROI及公司营收额；

3、与海外第三方营销服务公司就新品营销计划进行洽谈对接、进程跟进以及效果分析；

4、分析竞争对手营销渠道和策略，制定适合公司产品推广的营销策略并实施跟进进度；

5、负责跨部门对接事宜：与运营、产品开发、平面设计等部门保持密切联系。

任职资格：

1、本科及以上学历，有1年以上同岗位相关经验，有海外阅读类产品成功推广经验者优先；

2、FACEBOOK, TWITTER 等知名渠道或者信息流操作优化师；

3、对数据敏感，有较为清晰和完整的数据分析能力；

4、较强的谈判能力，沟通、协调及执行能力，良好的职业道德及良好的团队合作精神；

5、良好的英语和中文听说读写能力，能确保业务层面的顺利沟通。
