We are looking for a passionate and professional Manager to join our team to help us with our mission of helping the community and NPOs.

Based in Singapore and reporting to the Deputy Director, Community Partnerships, the incumbent will play a major role & work closely with the team to strategise & design new programmes & projects.

**What You'll Do**

Management of Annual Signature Fundraiser Event (Football with a Heart)
- Execute the formation of an internal project team to manage and deliver the project.
- Lead the process of appointing and managing vendor to undertake the event management aspects including pre-event planning and preparation (scheduled meetings on progress update), and timely liaison with Procurement for tender-related matters.
- Ensure timely reporting to management for progress update and issues resolution. Includes AAR for best practices/areas of improvement for future editions.
- Ensure pre event rehearsals and contingency measures are factored in for smooth execution.
- Manage creative delivery of community carnival element of event, working closely with vendor for ideas and execution.
- Manage communications with Tote Board (TB) for purposes of audit and also Dollar-for-Dollar matching for selected community beneficiaries, pre and post-event.
- Ensure timely communications and last mile disbursement of donations to selected community beneficiaries.

Management of Corporate Sponsorship Cases for Assigned Sector
- Work closely with support officer on case raising and follow-through of case assessment including last mile delivery for event support etc.
- Keep track of developments and trends in assigned sector and maintain a network of relationships.

Management of Community Partnership Projects under the iShine Digital Pillar
- Support iShine Cloud with community partnership opportunities, e.g., corporate volunteerism, speaking opportunities, linkages to partners, etc.
- Strategise, coordinate & execute iShine Digital: e-Marketplace for charities with internal and external stakeholders, to enhance social service agencies’ capabilities to reach a wider audience and create a new, sustainable source of income for them.

Management of Community Partnerships Projects under the iShine Sports Pillar
- Strategise, coordinate & execute iShine Sports: Elevate the local sports sector through partnerships with FAS, SportCares & other sports agencies.
- Formulate programmes and partnerships as a key channel of community outreach and building social cohesion, in the areas of local sports development, grassroots football, youth engagement and development, etc. for the under-privileged.

Manage New Partnerships & Initiatives
- Expand Community Housing Scheme (CHS) by working with internal divisions to identify and prepare suitable locations for community use over a multi-year projection.
- Manage interest from community partners and be able to achieve win-win outcomes for SPPL and partners.

Support Other Stakeholder Engagement Activities
- Internal/External events such as Appreciation Golf, networking dinners as part of the team.

**Who You Are**
- You will need at least a degree, with 7-10 years of working experience (ideally with 3-5 years in community relations/partnerships, CSR & account/property leasing or related field.
- You will need good knowledge of the grassroot & social service sector.
- You will need good verbal & written communications skills.
- You should have excellent people and interpersonal skills.
- You should have good strategic planning abilities and analytical skills.
- You should have strong event management skills, with a keen eye for details.
- You should be able to think on your feet and manage projects independently, and be resourceful in problem-solving and resilient in overcoming challenges.
- You should have a positive working attitude with a "can-do" spirit.
- You should be an excellent team player and may need to manage direct report.
