We are looking for a Research Fellow to support the research for the project titled “State-of-the-art Nanofiltration Membranes with Advanced Bioprocesses for Next-generation Wastewater Management, Water Reclamation and Resources Recovery”
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, operate and maintain novel membrane bioreactors for industrial wastewater treatment and resource recovery- Perform advanced water analysis- Perform membrane fouling characterization and membrane autopsy- Prepare research paper, progress report and presentations
Job Requirements:
- PhD degree from a reputable university in chemical/environmental engineering- Relevant research and industrial experience on membrane technology, membrane bioreactors, industrial wastewater treatment and resource recovery- Good writing skills for writing proposals, reports and publications in good academic journals- Strong responsibility for research- Proficiency in multitasking- Possesses good interpersonal and oral communication skills (e.g. Ability to work independently and in a team / develop solutions under strict timelines, meticulous and eye for details / excellent organizational / time management skills)
