**Roles & Responsibilities**
- To plan, organize and promote the sale of the Company’s products overseas, in particular to Mainland China.
- To Work closely with key customers / distributors to plan, implement marketing strategies and promotional programs which are in line with company’s growth direction.
- To prospect and secure new business clients, as well as strengthen relations with existing partners and merchants.
- To provide up-to-date information and intelligence on customers and general business contacts.
- Source for new partners to widen the distribution of businesses’ products and services to increase their revenues.
- Account management of existing businesses’ sales and admin operations and providing regular updates on initiatives to the businesses.
- Generate performance dashboards and recommend actions for improvements.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development and partnership (with proven track records), with at least 2 years of management experience. Preferably in Education industry.
- Excellent communication, diplomacy, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Sales & Marketing with general business management knowledge.
- Able to work in a fast-paced and result-oriented environment.
- Excellent time management and follow up skills.
- Able to work independently and as a team.
- Strong computer skills including data management, Word and Excel.
- Strong Spoken and Written Mandarian required.
Frequent travel to Mainland China.
