The Main Obligations Are
- Plan, develop, implement and direct the organization’s operational and fiscal function and performance.
- Understand investor needs and make sure that all investment processes meet these objectives.
- Accountable for fund service deliveries such as Performance Returns/NAV updates, managing capital activity and life cycle, monitoring of invested funds including investment guidelines, management/performance fee, contractual agreements
- Plan fundraising initiatives to help the organization meet financial goals
- Spot new fundraising opportunities
- Report to the board of directors and keep them informed
- Develop the company’s culture and overall company vision
- Establish strong business network within the organization for effective cross-team collaboration
- Oversee the company’s fiscal activity, including budgeting, reporting, and auditing
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of the company
**Requirements**:
- Degree in either business, finance, or related field.
- A minimum of 8-10 years’ fundraising experience from institutional and family offices.
- Effective contacts in and knowledge of decision-making process of banks and other financial institutions.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to train, develop and manage large executive teams.
- Adept at managing tasks, planning events, and balancing priorities.
- Confidence with public speaking.
- Proven track record of fundraising experience.
- Driven self-starter, with strong initiative, who is hands-on and comfortable to manage multiple tasks, is confident to engage different stakeholders well, and can work independently to deliver outcomes.
