JOB REQUIREMENTS
**基本要求** / Qualifications Required**:
- Experience growing market of APAC.
- Experience selling through distribution channels & direct.
- Extensive experience working with a technical/engineered product serving complex accounts and channels.
- Strong commercial skills including: selling process, pricing, costing, discount structures, terms and conditions, sales strategy development/execution, negotiating and sales proposal development.
- Solid knowledge and understanding of international & Asian markets.
- Strong knowledge and relationships with EPC companies

- Bachelor’s Degree in either Engineering or Business Management is required.

- Minimum of 7 years progressive sales experience, preferably in an engineered components and rotating equipment environment supporting general industrial markets

- Fluent in English, other local languages preferred
