**STUDIO MANAGER**:
**Job Scope**:

- Manage day-to-day operation procedures for beauty studio
- Oversee and optimize therapists’ overall performance
- Provide professional skin consultations with all clients
- Prepare monthly staff performance reports
- Respond to customer feedback in timely and professional manner, ensuring positive customer service experience
- Ensure all employees adhere to the company’s ethos and standards
- Conduct onboarding orientation, training & coaching of all new employees
- Work with Marketing Team the execution of all ongoing/future promotions and campaigns
- Maintain high standards of service quality, hygiene, and health and safety
- Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned
