
Business Development Manager

Our client is a growing health tech company and is looking for an entrepreneurial and energetic Business development manager who will be leading the channels and partner function. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will require an ability to creatively problem-solve, build strategic relationships in the market, lead and execute.
This is a high impact role to drive revenue and manage the channel ecosystem for the brand. In the current scheme of things you will need to build this channel ecosystem like insurance brokers, employee benefits brokers, CXOs and CHROs. You will be educating them and building more awareness about the product and its value proposition.
Driving strategic initiatives with channels and partners, managing these relationships and revenue generation would be a key KPI for this role.You are a self-starter and comfortable being an independent contributor, whilst collaborating with a culturally diverse team.
Your Job
- Recruit and Onboard channel partners, including insurance and benefits providers, and medical distributors
- Responsibility for the full channel partner landscape in the region - Drive annual business planning, and work closely with alliance partners towards pipeline creation, co-selling revenue, and development of solutions where required
- Enable and support channel partners to develop and grow their business according to expectations
- Execute business development, joint marketing and sales campaigns, manage, and deliver pipeline and revenue in close alignment with internal and external stakeholders.
- Constantly meet and exceed revenue goals and financial performance targets for the region
**Requirements**:
- At least 3-5 years of sales or business development experience in the HR/ employee benefits Industry
- Strategic marketing capabilities, including: customer needs and value proposition discovery, industry landscape analysis.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, strong stakeholder management skills and willingness to interact, share ideas internally and externally to get things done.
- With ability to handle multiple tasks, able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communicator, with the ability to manage and influence stakeholders at all levels, and will be able to present to all audiences
- Regional experience in Asia will be an advantage
