ECOCERT started in 1991, in France and has now over 2200 employees in 26 offices worldwide and serve clients in 110 countries.
In order to support its development in AsiaPacific, ECOCERT is looking for a **Regional Account Manager, SouthEast Asia for its Organic and Sustainable Agriculture division.**
We want a highly motivated, energetic, experienced, detail oriented, customer centric individual to perform account management tasks and be part of the growth of the business in the region.
**Tasks**:
You will be responsible for performing the following (non-exhaustive list):
- Manage a portfolio of existing clients and identify upsell opportunities to grow the partnership with them
- Introduce and explain prospects about our certification services, training and consultancy
- Write quotes and follow up to close deals
- Track and complete annual contract renewals of existing clients in coordination with the operational management
- Delight customers during entire chain of relation, from prospection to certification
- Update and maintain CRM
- Laise with international Ecocert teams for support, partnership and smooth delivery operations
- Ongoing market analysis to identify opportunities in the region and support Marketing team to drive local initiatives
- Attend tradeshows, conferences, industry events to promote Ecocert thought leadership
- Provide monthly operation updates and activity reports
**Experience / Education**
- Bachelor / Master Degree Business Management, Sales or any other relevant fields
- Fluent in both written & oral English. Fluent in other languages is a plus
- Problem solver and autonomous
- Successful experience in an account management position
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer relations skills
- Microsoft proficiency
