TikTok Shop (TTS)is looking for a highly motivated, technically deep Product Manager to support our Seller Center Product. We are looking for someone with deep understanding of the merchant and seller e-commerce ecosystem that can help solve problems and create optimised features for the product.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Responsible for the product design and implementation of the ByteDance International E-commerce Merchant Workbench(APP & Web);
2. Formulating the development goals and product positioning of the merchant workbench, as well as a clear product roadmap;
3. Locating pain-points in the business operation of overseas local merchants and cross-border merchants through user survey, data analytics, etc.;
4. Promoting the implementation of product solutions and improving merchants' business operation efficiency by linkage of both internal and external resources;
**Qualifications**:
1. 3+ years product working experience and exposure to internationalization, mobile end, merchant workbench or ecommerce industry solutions is preferred;

4. Strong cross-functional collaboration and project management capabilities, can effectively promote the product function delivery of different teams on time and quality ;
5. Willingness to conduct travel research with a certain frequency;
6. Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
