The E-commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and its future growth cannot be underestimated. **Responsibilities**:
- Cooperate with Global PSO and business teams to provide E-commerce products and solutions to internal operations, external customers, and develop long-term goals and market strategies in SEA market;
- Responsible for Global E-commerce projects, deep dive into the needs and pain points of merchants / creators / operations, discover, collect, abstract, and organize their needs and scenarios of users with various characteristics, cooperate with product managers to polish and optimize products, and improve user satisfaction;
- Deep in business line, through data analysis, mining product user needs, promoting product optimization and improving efficiency;
- Inter-departmental communication and teamwork to jointly achieve project goals, promote high-quality team work, and expand inter-product cooperation;
- Lead a high performing team of senior people and navigate a startup environment
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in relevant fields;
- 8 years of experience in back-end product;More than 2 years of experience in managing a team;
- Previous experience in the internet or tech industry;
Preferred: Managing other senior leaders
- Possess great capabilities of product planning and promotion, excellent analytical ability, and problem-solving ability;
- Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization
