Job Title: E-commerce Strategy Manager

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Strategy Manager to join our team. As a key member of the performance-driven team, you will be responsible for formulating and implementing e-commerce strategies to drive incremental revenue through online distribution channels.

This role is pivotal in strengthening performance across a portfolio of hotels and serviced residences. You will work closely with Revenue Managers, Channel Managers, and Marketing & Analytics specialists to optimise online performance and uphold rate integrity.

Responsibilities:
  • Formulate and implement e-commerce strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Evaluate new distribution opportunities and manage relationships with online travel agents (OTAs)
  • Analyse and report on hotel performance across OTAs and platforms
  • Identify channel-specific opportunities and challenges
  • Recommend distribution strategies to support revenue targets
  • Evaluate effectiveness of new e-commerce solutions and digital campaigns
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with OTAs and e-commerce solution providers
  • Monitor rate parity across all online platforms
  • Document learnings and develop best-practice playbooks for internal adoption
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in E-commerce marketing, analysis, or hospitality revenue management
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Results-oriented and adaptable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Knowledge of hospitality distribution systems, OTA extranets, channel managers, or rate monitoring tools is a strong advantage
