Feature Engineer - Financial Markets IT Asia

Tribe FMGT is looking for an IT Feature Engineer. This role is based in Singapore working closely with Asia Change Team for Asia Transformation Projects.

**Your role as an FMIT Feature Engineer**

As IT Feature Engineer** **you are the authority in that specific field and have a proven track record. You must be competent in business/solution analysis, must have experience and specialized knowledge related to financial markets products and processes.

**Your key responsibilities**

**We are looking for**
- 10-15 years’ experience in business requirement analysis, coordinating implementation on financial market technology solutioning and implementation.
- in depth knowledge on financial markets, treasury life cycle events especially on settlement and Backoffice processes. E.g. trade booking, Backoffice settlement, trade confirmation, reconciliation and etc.
- Excellent analytical skills spanning multiple geographies and tribes and able to learn independently and improve skills and knowledge while working in the job.
- Understand accounting rules, B/S, P/L and requirement related to finance and regulatory reporting.
- Excellent collaboration, communication skills and able to establish and maintain strong relationship with working partners and stakeholders.
- Flexible and adaptable as works require.
