We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced **Operations Officer**to join our team. This incumbent will support Fund Managers and oversee the day-to-day back-office operations of various funds

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as the **primary point of contact**for allocated Fund Managers
- Manage **daily back-office operations**, including:
Fund accounting and reconciliations
Processing wire instructions
Reviewing NAVs and investor statements
Updating internal databases
- Assist with **fund financial audits**, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
- Handle **ad-hoc responsibilities**, such as:

- KYC refreshers by counterparties
- Preparing board resolutions
- Supporting fund and brokerage account openings
- Maintain a **comprehensive log**of all tasks and activities
- Develop and implement **short
- and long-term operational goals**:

- Maintain **clear communication**with the Team Leader and Management on daily activities and escalations.Execute decisions and directives issued by the Team Leader and Management

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
- **4-5 years of relevant experience**in hedge fund or fund accounting/middle-back office operations
- Strong understanding of the **asset management and hedge fund industry**is essential
- Working knowledge of **Broadridge Paladyne Portfolio Management System**is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with **financial regulatory frameworks**including
VCC (Variable Capital Companies)
Cayman Islands fund structures
- Knowledge of **private equity fund operations**is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially when dealing with confidential or sensitive matters
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Proactive, organized, and capable of managing projects independently
- Adaptability to work effectively in a **fast-paced and evolving**business environment
