
Gaming Growth Manager, App Developer Sales

**Minimum qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, digital media sales, business development, online media environment, or digital marketing role.
- Ability to communicate in English and Vietnamese fluently to communicate with and serve Vietnamese speaking customers.
**Preferred qualifications**:
- Experience optimizing and troubleshooting products or services.
- Experience in the gaming, mobile apps, or digital industry, with knowledge of the app developer ecosystem.
- Ability to understand goals, identify opportunities, and provide customized solutions to help clients achieve goals.
- Ability to take initiatives and thrive in a team environment, and work well in a global team.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present comprehensive advertising solutions.
- Passion for helping small and medium clients grow.

Using your relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. As a Gaming Growth Manager, you'll lead the development of the gaming market and be part of a team dedicated to helping mobile game developers grow their business using Google products and services. You will work across mobile gaming businesses, established and start-ups, helping them manage app growth in their goal markets from setting strategy and driving execution to reaching growth goals. In this position, you will manage a portfolio of customers by offering solutions and insights (e.g., account optimizations, product betas, strategic performance reviews, business expansion plans).

**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and manage a portfolio of clients, delivering insights, and helping to evolve go-to-market strategies.
- Build and develop key relationships with existing clients/founders in the portfolio and partner teams.
- Ensure clients achieve business success through advertising goals, develop compelling and specific pitches, build strategies and business proposals.
- Help clients to identify and explore global expansion plans.
- Form cross-functional relationships with internal teams like Large Customer Sales, Google Play, Online Partnerships Group, and other stakeholders to achieve advertiser goals.
