**HR Responsibilities**
Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Manage HRMS system including leave, performance appraisal, claims
- Submission and monitoring of all funded claims, including Childcare Leave, Maternity / Paternity Leave, training grant
- Maintain and update HR database and employee information
- Any other ad hoc duties as required.
**Admin Responsibilities**
- Assist with day-to-day smooth operations of the office.
- Responsible for incoming mail, faxes, office keys, notices and circulation of memos, as well as the general tidiness of the office.
- Update records and maintains proper filing system ensuring proper document control and management.
- Ensure proper maintenance of office equipment including adequate stock of consumables.
- Any other ad hoc duties as required.
**Requirements**:
- Computer literacy and proficient in Microsoft Office
- 2 years of working experience in HR would be an added advantage
- Note: We don't have work pass quota
**Work Schedule**
- Monday to Friday: At least 8.5 hours per workday.
